This is an amendment (hehe) to the Code is Law work. In the previous version the code was visible to the naked eye and completely obscure the rights printed underneath. However, the way in which governance algorithms work and deny citizens their rights is usually neither visible nor understandable for the average person. The work was modified to reflect this. The underlying rights are visible and therefore seem to be in tact but are made physically inaccessible by the PVC foil onto which code is printed.
